Wade Academy combines self-paced online language software, private tutoring, and the ability to practice speaking with other students
The client came to us to have their site design and developed in Drupal version 6 because of the wide range of core functionality that Drupal offers for community based websites. This implementation involve customizing many core and contributed modules in order to provide a clean, easy-to-navigate interface for its members.
Custom Modules: One of the core features of this site is a online self-managed tutoring portal. This module provides administrative support for managing booked sessions and token balances. As a tutor you are able to configure your personal schedule of availability. As a student you are able to browse and book tutoring sessions online. Sessions are conducted by Skype or Third-Party live chat application. Upon successful session booking, the tutor is notified and a copy of the booked session is sent to students.
